Questions to ask during job interview are not a problem at all if you plan well in advance. Many of the times, the interviewers get struck in to what should be asked to the applicant. Taking interview is not a easy task at all. You need to be much focused and needs to be topic specific. Some times you have to manipulated questions on time or you need to ask questions depending on the answer given by the applicant. Questions asked during job interview are specific and are completely applicant oriented.

Generally, during job interview, you should ask questions in increasing order of importance. First there should be general questions to which answers will be informative and generalized. Some of the primary questions from which you start with the interview, are like ‘tell me about yourself?’, ‘what do you do?’, ‘why do you want to work with us?’ and so.  Then, gradually you should ask questions, which are more descriptive. Some of the general questions are ‘What do you know about this organization?’, ‘Why did you leave your last job?’ , What do you find most attractive about this position? What seems least attractive about it? And from this question you test the confidence of the applicant.

After the series of primary questions, you move to next level of questions to ask during job interview. Now, you should ask questions which tell you how much skills the person has to do your job. These questions should test their talent and expertise in the related field. Such questions are very important in any interview. Some of the questions you can ask are as follows. Why should we hire you?, what do you look in for a job?, what can you do for us that some one else can not?, what you have done to improve your knowledge in last year?.

After this, you need to judge whether applicant can do the job or how he work under pressure. These questions are mainly about previous work experience or the attitude of the applicant. Some of the questions include technical briefing or other job related queries. What is your philosophy towards work?, Have you ever been asked to leave a position?, Tell me about your dream job?, What are you looking for in a job?, What is more important to you: the money or the work?, Tell me about your ability to work under pressure, Do your skills match this job or another job more closely?. Then you can ask questions like are you willing to work overtime, nights, or at weekends?, What have you learned from mistakes on the job?, How do you suggest to recompense for your lack of experience?       

At the last stage, questions you ask during job interview are about to know whether the applicant is well fit in to your team or organization. With these questions you judge among the equally qualified members. You need to know how they will add to the group and not a disruption, and how they can be productive worker. Some of the common and frequently asked questions in this regard are as follows. Tell me about a time when you helped solved a disagreement between other members, Describe your management style, Tell me about a problem you had with your co-worker or the senior, What kind of person would you refuse to work with?, What do you look for in a job?
